I found this place via Google. The M.D. who evaluated me was very nice. I came prepared, with some paperwork to back up by claims. I was treated respectfully, the Doctor was very knowledgeable and had lots of suggestions and information to provide. Other than the cost, which was $95.00, I thought it was an overall good experience.
