I don't believe the comment below was for the address that s/he thinks it is. There are two doctors basically right next to each other on the board walk; one is this one (1811 Ocean Front Walk) and the other one is probably the "Kush Doctors" (. I don't know, but I am assuming that is what it is because I went to the one at 1811 Ocean Front Walk called "Venice Beach Physicians" (there is a white and green sign, before the super bright green one..) and they helped me more than I could ask for. They were more than patient with me, there were no problems on their end at all, and the price was reasonable since they are legitimate. You usually get what you pay for and you definitely will with these guys.

I was lured into one of the Kush Doctor offices, on the Venice Board Walk, for medical marijuana card. I was told that they have one of the most professional doctor offices and they offer the best prices and the best service. I got tempted and went to get my evaluation at one of their little offices. I asked if the doctor is in since I did not see one; I was told to fill out the paper work and the doctor will be in. I had to wait almost an hour when I told that there was no doctor on site. The front desk told me that I will be walked to one of their other offices nearby, and sured I did. I had to wait another 45 minutes before i got to see a doctor at the other office. I was charged $150 for the evaluation and was not given any knowledge to what the law is in reference to what I can and cannot do with medicinal Marijuana. When I was trying to use my recommendation to buy the medicine, certain collectives denied me access for being a "Kush Doctor patient" reason is that their doctors offices were raided on 420 of 2011 by the county pollice and medical baord. My advise is don't be fooled by image. Do your home work first before you get to see a docotor and definitly not this the Kush Doctor. Thumps down.

Just let there with two people who were willing to spend money on a renewal and a new recommendation. They said $200. LA WEEKLY says $35+ for recommendations. The lady tried to lie to us and tell us that they changed the law 3 years ago and it's more money. My friend who got a rec a year ago from them got it for $50 because he had to tell the guy he isnt a stupid tourist and wasnt going to be swindled out of his money. IF YOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF, COME HERE! GET SHADY SERVICE AND AN IFFY RECOMMENDATION FOR AN UNKNOWN AMOUNT OF TIME. ENJOY YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM THESE HICKS!

Worst sevice I had in my life when I went to this docter office. Now I have a more problem to go the dispensary. No one can verify me coz there is no web and no one answer the phone. I'm spending lot's of time to be verifyed. I wont recomend anyone to go there
