Holistic On Call’s founder Dr. Milanes earned his Doctorate at the Ross University in 2009, specializing afterward in emergency medicine and family practice while serving many different residencies. Moved to help prevent these radical instances, Dr. Milanes found that other patients using medical marijuana to medicate had found great success with its properties while not having to worry about any addictive or harmful side effects. Deciding medical marijuana was a superior alternative to narcotics, the doctor introduced it as part of his new telehealth system, Holistic On Call, to provide patients in New York convenient and affordable access to this life-changing medicine.
Dr. Milanes strives to treat each patient with individualized care, attention and focus, priding himself on his bedside manner with his patients.
