Awful man who is out to SCAM as many people as possible. I’ve reported him to the state before for the fact that he’s charging inappropriate amounts of money multiple times a year for a patient to get their card when that’s not necessary at all. It takes a special kinda low life to con disabled people. Stay far away.

Dr Charges 400 total upfront and wants you to return every 3 months and 125 a visit. do some research, there are better doctors around that are in the program for the right reasons, not a cash grab like this doctor.
