He and the staff are very nice and very knowledgeable. Each patient is treated with dignity and respect. Hours are convenient and dr. S. Makes your visit comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a good Dr. Karen is so nice and the nurse is extremely helpful too!!

I went to Dr. Shaffer to get approval for the NJMMP program. I have a significant history and was approved. Dr. Shaffer is very kind and attentive to my concerns, I think he’s a good listener and I feel that he truly cares about my well being.

And when I first signed up to get my medical marijuana card he would always ask me since I got it every time I went if I still needed it and if it was helping me why do I still need it and it made no sense to me why this guy was always trying to get me away from the medical marijuana card and just not do it anymore after I told him It was helping. every time I met up with him je was kind of just a weird about it, after a while he always would say do you want to just not take it anymore. But overall nice guy.

I was in the NJMMP for 2 years. I went to him as a new patient. I told him my lengthy medical history, I told him I used marijuana to get off of opiates and he told me he didn't think I was a good candidate for the program. I did find a Dr. with compassion, Dr. Gloria Cruz
