my first time dealing with this place was great, and the second time, not so much. I'm at my wits end. called for a simple card renewal 5 weeks ago. they had the wrong credit card. so I'm waiting for my new card this whole time,which isn't coming. did anyone bother letting me know the payment didn't go through? no. nope. so now my card is expired, and this place won't respond to any messages, and nobody answers the phone. the voicemail box is full, can't even leave a VM. uhh so unprofessional
