same week I made the appointment I was seen by the doctor to get certified. very surprised by how nice it was. staff was knowledgeable and pleasent. was in and out in about an hour. bring medical paperwork if you have it, it speeds up the process. got approved as I was walking out because I paid online in the office.

Cool. Professional. Quick. I called ahead, was told to come on in. This place is located is a professional building, and is an actual medical facility. They are very good; fully prepared to help you get certified. I paid one-eighty w/o records to get certified same day. With the speed, ease, and convenience, I consider it money well spent. I Highly recommend Dr. Green!!

took forever and a day. had to send my information twice....but at the end of the day, I got my card.

First off my time card came right away but never received my med card called them about it and told them that I didn’t get it they said they fix it and nothing happened called again and they said they were in the system changing my address because they put in the wrong address waited another couple of days nothing then had to call the state of Michigan and do it myself which took like an hour Also they create your login for the state of Michigan which the state of Michigan told me they’re not supposed to do 🙄 so had to reset my account like 3 times

I had an appointment scheduled at 2:30pm. When I got there, the lobby was FULL & people had already been waiting 2.5 hours. Not a way to keep business. I walked out & will go somewhere else. If you were not honoring appointment times, don’t accept appointments & do walk ins only. They had my phone number & could have called to let me know they were running behind, but that didn’t happen! I took time off work for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT that was not even honored.

my first time dealing with this place was great, and the second time, not so much. I'm at my wits end. called for a simple card renewal 5 weeks ago. they had the wrong credit card. so I'm waiting for my new card this whole time,which isn't coming. did anyone bother letting me know the payment didn't go through? no. nope. so now my card is expired, and this place won't respond to any messages, and nobody answers the phone. the voicemail box is full, can't even leave a VM. uhh so unprofessional
