I found this doctor by being referred by a club out here in SF. Once I put their name out there that they sent me to Green215, they showed hella love! Speedy process (as a first time patient) and the receptionists were very professional and attentive to detail. I couldn't ask for better service!

As a visitor, I needed my medicine and the doctor ensured that I was taken care of after a knowledgeable, compassionate consultation. Each staff member I encountered was very courteous and helpful providing me with the information that I needed to get everything taken care of within an hour of arriving for my appointment which I highly recommend. Am beyond grateful because I couldn't and didn't want to ruin my vacation and most definitely recommend because I received stellar service that met my needs. Thank you.

Compassionate Health Options has one of the best reservation systems with online help. The location is comfortable and the staff make you feel at home. I personally seen Dr. Weiss and he was fantastic. He understood my issues with PTSD and anxiety since my departure from the US Army. He helped me identify a path of medicine I should use and it has been 100% effective. I will return upon time to renew.

I called to make an appointment & ask what happened to the pleasant hill location. I get some young girl who is Rude right off the bat. So she tells me they closed the pleasant hill office, so I tell her the locations they have left are too far for me do I need to find a new doc? She comes back with they can do it online but I told her I can't do it online. so I ask again do I need to find a new doc? and then she hangs up on me. so I call back & things get real crazy because at this point she has pissed me off to no end. So to recap the people they have picking up the phone are crazy rude & they close locations without telling patients so they know a head of time. I will never go to them ever again & I hope my review stops anyone from using them because I would hate to see other patients having to deal with this kind of care.
