Ali from the Chicago Compassion Club was very helpful. Walked me through the whole process. I don't think I've ever had such a good service. Literally submitted all of my documents to Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) yesterday at 7pm, woke up today and the provisional card was already in my IDPH account. Would recommend for anyone who wants to get their card ASAP. 10/10.
