I got my card within the first 90 days of people to obtain my first medical marijuana card the one where we had to have a blue background/passport photo to verify who we were. I have gone to all of the top companies and CannaMD is hands down the absolute best! My appointments to get my new recommendations are very easy and they truly keep you up to date reminding you when you need to make am appointment.

Phone staff was very informative, made everything about the process very clear. Office was easy to find with a decent amount of parking. Office staff was very friendly, warm and welcoming. The Dr. answered all of my questions and made the road to wellness a very pleasant one.

My visit was November 9. Today is December 15. The visit was fast and thorough. Now for the bad part. I left both my drivers license and marijuana card there by mistake. I recently had surgery and am unable to drive the hour to them. I have spoke. To many people at the 855 #. They keep emailing there and I guess for some reason there is no phone number for the actual staff at that building. They verified that they have it. But have not sent it to me. I don’t in this kind of patient care. Definitely don’t think this is the way to deal with this at all. And because there is no phone to the office. The people at 855 # said no one is emailing them back either. I mean numerous emails. This is the only place I could find to even put a complaint in.

Dont say anything if Amber mispells your name and address and expects to give excuses why instead of acknowledging it. My card was delayed due to this. We literally where in a shouting match as this girl called to argue with me. I am a business owner and was saddened it went to that regard. She threatened to cancel my card becaus I was trying to hold her accountable. This was my first month I paid the extra in case needing changes in mgs.
