I have been a patient here for a while. The doctors change, but all have the info they need to prescribe. Good counselling too. Limited places to order from, but hopefully better since recreational is legal. Only go in once a year now.

This place likes to make you wait forever. I've waited over 2 hours for my appointment. Appointment was for 1pm by 3 pm still nothing. I asked what is going on and got a rude response and was told i was harassing and attacking them and that they were going to call security! So call security on me because im complaining about waiting 2 hours for my 1pm appointment! Told them to shove it and walked out. Called head office, got a supervisor on the phone that was a total BITCH! Told them that they are a pain management clinic not and not the worlds foremost brain surgeon and they are sniffing glue if they think its OK to wait this long and be treated like this just because your complaining about service. Dr. Lee also does not read your file and tries to either limit your Rx or perscribe you more big pharma pills. He is arrogant, ignores your questions and generally treats you like your a stupid worm. They also want to charge me $300 for paperwork that the insurance company pays $75 for, Total rip off artist! Go anywhere else this place is thee worst business I've ever dealt with. I'd give them 0 stars if i could.
