I’ve been a patient of American medical for years and it just keeps getting easier and better honestly. They seem to be under new ownership (now called lady Jane services) but they called me promptly after setting an appointment, was very friendly and efficient, and provided me information regarding the wait time and all that too. I only need them once every couple years but every experience over the period of 6 years for me has been great. Will continue using this service for years to come. I’ve not had any of the issues with them other reviewers are claiming, nor have they ever offered me cannabis. Only the service they advertise…and quickly, friendly, and efficiently. I don’t feel like they’re overpriced either, and they list their price right on their page here so if you feel like they are, you don’t have to call them…just sayin’

their staff is very shity they're overpriced and then when I tried to leave they tried to sell me some weed. It's some illegal s*** going on here

This place was shady when I went to sign up in the first place, the doctor signed my forms wrong and all the forms for the day they gave me a brownie for catching it. Fast forward 18 months later they call me about my renewal, fair enough, but the woman who answered the phone was incredibly threatening and demeaning. I moved 4 hours away up north, And you threaten me when I ask if there is a telemedicine option? Every LEGITIMATE doctor has one for real medicine, so threatening to try to get the state to revoke my card when I ask for one or ask if I can transfer to one of the numerous doctors up here, isn’t winning you any fans. 0/5 if I could. You give the whole medical cannabis community a bad name.
