Easy, fast and great customer service

Had to renew my recommendation. Downloaded app, input my medicines, allergies, conditions and credit card info. Doctor called me about 3 mins later, talked for literally about 20 seconds (very nice doctor) and that was it. Received an email immediately after containing recommend. My name has an accent mark which didn't translate properly on the form. I called the customer service number, someone answered immediately and said she'd just seen the error and would fix it. She fixed it and sent an email all within 30-40 seconds. The whole process was lightening fast and pleasant. Highly recommend!!!

I made the mistake of waiting to get my recommendation because I was skeptical of the legitimacy of online recommendations... I followed the steps and had my valid rec in about 15 minutes total, and have since been to events and gotten deliveries. (Have not been in dispensary yet but have no concern about that) I'm really happy that I can get my medication legitimately now.

Great service!

The website and registration process were very easy to use and quite user friendly. I set up the camera but Dr. D’Ambrosio called me a few minutes after completing the registration process and spoke to me directly on the phone. I received the digital copy 15 minutes after our conversation which allowed me to make an order right away. I received the stamped copy of the recommendation a few days later. It took less than a week to arrive. Great service overall and much cheaper than the local doctors around here in Sacramento. The average price is $55-60. They've saved me $20 at least and i didn't have to wait hours at a crowded local clinic.

Super easy. Friendly service and super quick they email you, your recomendation for instant use and a couple days later you get a physical copy in the mail with a seal and everything. Definately worth the $40 if you are a avid weed smoker. Also the rec is able to be used in Ca/Nv which is super cool even though I will primarly use it in Cali it allows you to actually save a good bit of money because you get to avoid the recreational taxes. Anyways... I recommend this recommendation!

I have had my cannabis card for several years. Using 420 Recs is by far the best solution out there to renew your card. I would estimate it's the best way to get a new one also! Although it does take a little to setup your account and enter your data, it is well worth it!! Once completed, it only took a few minutes for Dr. DAmbrosio to come to the video chat. It was AWESOME!

I had no problem getting renewal, great customer service. Quick video phone call, this was my first renewal I had no problems getting approved for a marijuana recommendation.
