Had to renew my recommendation. Downloaded app, input my medicines, allergies, conditions and credit card info. Doctor called me about 3 mins later, talked for literally about 20 seconds (very nice doctor) and that was it. Received an email immediately after containing recommend. My name has an accent mark which didn't translate properly on the form. I called the customer service number, someone answered immediately and said she'd just seen the error and would fix it. She fixed it and sent an email all within 30-40 seconds. The whole process was lightening fast and pleasant. Highly recommend!!!
great staff. cool environment. would highly recommend
For a first time user, this was easy and painless. Thirty minutes later I'm able to order for delivery and waiting for my card to arrive in the mail. For sure check them out.
