I called to find out info about the process as a first time patient. Spoke to Marissa on the phone. Very sweet knowledgeable and caring. She explained the process and all the documentation I need. Surprised at the other review that said not to go here. I’ll be referring my mom who also is interested in getting certified for severe chronic pain due to arthritis and fibromyalgia
