This place was so compassionate and friendly from my initial phone call, Jessica helped me with all my issues. The lady in scheduling went above and beyond the call of duty when she gave me a list of dispensaries in my area, she could have said, "just google them" but she was patient and took the time to give me a list of names and phone numbers. I did this in one day in the comforts of my living room and had my card in 4 days!!!I was on the fence for so long about doing this and I am so happy I found Omni. The lady that I initially spoke to I think Tera was super sweet and so helpful with all my questions. I spoke to a lady doctor that made me feel so special and that I was not the only sick person on the planet, and that this was going to be a good alternative for me, she was patient and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. I am so glad I found this place, they may charge a tad more but well worth every cent!
