I worked with an Eric over the phone to get my sister and I appointments made and asked a lot of questions. He was incredibly pleasant! Took about 2 days for my sister and 3 for me to get our cards. Only reasons was because her appointment was before mine. Other than that the doctor was very kind and explained a lot of intricacies on the ins and outs of the medical card and any additional questions I may have had. I would recommend anyone go through them. If there is any problems that arise they were taking care of very quickly. They were very kind and actually cared about you and your needs.
