Been to Dr. Engel twice now and both times where absolutely pleasant. She is very knowledgeable and cares about your well being and will answer any questions you ask if she can if not she will direct you to someone who can . I have been to others and they Skype with the doctor she is very sweet lady and cares about her patients. I always feel like I’m dealing with family when there so that is another plus and I will continue to come see her as long as her office is open.

Dr Engel is a great, honest, helpful woman. She has a great personality and she is very efficient. This is my 2nd year with her and I will continue to come to her in the future!!!!

I called to verify and the person on the other end was so unbelievably rude. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone who is working at a doctors office to another industry employee.

I've been waiting for them to fix the online patient darabase for several months before leaving this review. When the staff is there, verification isnt a problem but on weekends or after hours verification is not possible. This issue needs to be addressed on the back of my patient id it states 24/7 verifications online. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
