En las redes borran tus comentarios . Si quieres sacar la licencia ve a un dispensario y sacala por $60 no caigas en la mentira de que el servicio es mas rápido porque no lo es. Wanted to renew my cannabis patient license and got charged without my authorization for monthly $9.99 subscription. I tried to cancel the subscription immediately by sending an email as directed by their cancellation policy and was charged anyways. Very unprofessional and shady company.

Stay away from these spammers!! Do not give them your phone number, do not authorize them to email you or call you! I used their services in 2018 and today, 2022, I still can't get them to stop calling me. They won't stop harassing you. Well, they stop for a few months then start texting and calling you again. I have send stop to texts, unsuscribe to emails and called the offices but nothing has worked so far. This company was one the few that began providing services to get certified as a patient. Now that the market is saturated they are desperate to get clients. DON'T use their services. Every single dispensary, literally all of them, can help you get certified for less than $50. Avoid Island Meds like the plague. They only certify patients, they do nothing else. Meaning, they depend on people getting certified to make a living. Their harassment is unacceptable.

They are a scam!! Avoid!!!
I purchased a Gustazos for Island Med. It turns out the Gustazos was incorrect for 7 days when I purchased it. Nothing was said I was not advised it was wrong till it was too late and they will not provide a refund. They know they made a mistake but simply don't care. I'm in the process of making a claim with DACO. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY. Worst customer service ever.

Non-Stop Spam
Used them once in February and have been receiving non-stop text spams from them. I've relied "STOP" to stop each one, but they use a new number each time. Calling them to remove you from the list does not help, because they claim they've sold your info to a marketer (red flag two). Avoid at all costs, it's not worth it.

Harasment and spam! Their way of doing business
They are constantly sending texts and emails. I block them, I write "stop", and they just use a different numbers or accounts to harass you. I've called six times. SIX times! They say I'm off the list but I keep receiving messages. Sometimes more than once a day. This is my work phone and I did not authorize them to send any kind of promotions or to send me constant messages or emails. Moreover, their text are not discrete at all! I would think, that if it's cannabis for "medical use" they wouldn't be able to sell your information and constantly send texts with promotions. It's a total invasion of privacy. And their service?! It's just awful. They take the longest time and then they want to charge you for sending you an email with your license. Otherwise you have to pick up the paper licence in one of their stores. The scam to get you there of course! I would give them zero stars if I could! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

- Te ofrecen una licencia por $50 y cuando vienes a pagar se triplica a $150 + 30 = $180 por una licencia que ya la dan GRATIS en diferentes dispensarios, trate sacarla con Island Med siempre había un problema, al final del pago, la termine sacando GRATIS en Encanto Tree en Isla Verde mejor trato nunca, me orientaron y hoy día me llevan como diríamos de la mano con mi tratamiento en ningún dispensario te tratan así lo único que tuve que gastar $50 al momento de recoger licencia en productos oriéntense y no caiga; tardo aproximadamente 3 semanas. - llame para orientación de los cursos que están ofreciendo, nunca supieron explicarme nada, no me hablaron claro nunca; los certificados que ofrecen no sirven para nada por $99 dos cursos, que no vas utilizar por que no te van a servir para trabajar en la industria. - pregunte que salida de trabajo tenía al cojer los cursos su contestación.. se están abriendo muchos dispensarios tienes que ver después que comas los cursos por que no te ayudamos a buscar… Quieres sacarla oriéntate en Cannaworks para la licencias para trabajarlo estos no están con trucos como Island Med.

Besides harassing their customers through phone calls and e-mails after repeatedly asking them to stop, they also miss their deadlines. I paid for a Gold package for a license in 1 week, they took over 3 weeks and when asked about it, they double charged me. after a month I got my license, and opened a claim, which they CLOSED without action despite evidence of the double charge. DO NOT TRUST ISLAND MED
