Bottom line: this place is great. The people are wicked nice and genuinely want to help you in any way possible. The waiting room is small but cozy, and the girl working the desk is very nice. She even gave me a recommendation for a couple prime spots for medical cannabis. Doctor McDonald is also a caring, awesome person. He's very laid back, and that coupled with the relaxing vibe of his office certainly keeps you at peace. I went in for a medical cannabis evaluation and a physical. Everything went as expected and his advice was sincere and you could tell he was confident in his medical knowledge. Along with advice on medical cannabis, he also recommended me specific foods and herbs to help with joint pain and inflammation. Great office run by great people!

I have been a client with this place for 2ys. They were really great at first until my last appointment, I was told I had a serious condition by the Dr however, he would not diagnose this understandably, he's not a specialist. he would not send a referral to a specialist, claiming it would probably not be accepted by my insurance since I was paying out of pocket for him which later I've learned is untrue. He told me I needed to talk with my pcp so they can make a referral, they wanted to see his notes regarding this I called 3 times and never received a call back. This is against the law as I am requesting my medical records and his notes. They never previously had issue answering the phone before and now suddenly they do when I'm asking for records.I also noticed, his license is expired so hopefully he's not currently working. Previously he also diagnosed me with something else he refused to talk with my PCP about it "he doesn't like to step on toes" and talk to normal drs. Seems odd
