Dr Karl Spector is one of the most genuine, caring, thoughtful doctor i have ever met. I have been a patient for over 10 years i always look forward to seeing Dr spector. The staff also are always out for the best interest of the patient's. If i could i would vote them Maryland's #1 practice.

Have had many doctors over the years. But Dr. Spector is hands down the best. Really cares and tries his best to help.

I called a few local places to get pricing on recertifications, since I’m currently an active cannabis patient and my certification expires end of month. This spot unfortunately was the most expensive of all the ones I called. I’m not surprised because they’re located in Bel Air (where all businesses assume they can charge customers more than the stores 10 minutes away). This doctor wants $150 for recertifications 😳🙈 That’s what I paid for a NEW CERTIFICATION my first time around at a different place (in Towson). Recertifications are always priced lower than original certifications because there’s less involved in the processing of the application. Every other place I called is $150 for NEW and $100 for REcertifications. So, save yourself some money, go to HdG or Parkville or Towson or even the other Bel Air spot and pay $100, then use the $50 you saved and get your [mandatory] card with it. Don’t waste your money - the medical cannabis you’ll have legal access to IS EXPENSIVE ENOUGH!

I first met Dr Spector 15 yrs ago after my first car accident and he is just like my discretion says.

I made an appointment..waited the 2 weeks to get in..Paid the deposit..then was called the morning of and told THEY couldnt keep the appt. That i need to Reschedule…i was putt Off by this yeH..but stuff happens..so i try to make another appointment…they tell me 2 more weeks.. HA! So..i just told them to refund my deposit..id go elsewhere..i got certified ONLINE..LEAFY…SAME DAY….domt waste your time with these guys. THEY cant even seem to keep their OWN appointments. Ohh and i had to open. Paypal claim to get my $$ back for the deposit.. ZERO STARS!!
