One of my ailments is social anxiety, so I was apprehensive about this, my first visit. There was no need to worry, because everything went smoothly. The Pleasant Hill location is just off the freeway and has plenty of parking. Not the nicest office, just OK, however Jessica, the receptionist filled the place with warm and friendly sunshine. I saw a Dr. Shibata, also very nice and helpful. I was in and out in a little over thirty minutes. All in all, a quick and pleasant experience.
