I called and was able to schedule and reschedule (I got the flu before my appointment) with an understanding and supportive staff. The hotline helped make sure I could still talk to someone or at least leave a message and be promptly called by the following morning while the office was closed. Each staff was on the same page and kept the patient in mind. very professional

I came in today and the lady at the desk Crystal was very helpful and helped me fill out all the necessary papers. The doctor saw me in a timely manner and was very professional. Great place. Going back for a check up in 6 months

Rude scheduler who texts people with shorthand like a teenager, yells at people on the phone and blows up on them for going elsewhere. Also will continue to text and bother you even after you ask to stop. Office manager doesn't understand simple things like how Massachusetts is a two party consent state for recording conversations, and will record calls without notification or permission. Also refers to patients with mental health disabilities as "crazy" and "bent out of shape". Avoid this place, there are a ton of other places in the area that treat you a lot better.

This Framingham location's appointment setter is extremely toxic, belligerent and low class. Called for a recertification and was bombarded by this guy's personal refusal to take the vaccine, how he dislikes the patients, and gets nasty with you when you're not interested in personal opinion/conversation. Asks you where the dispensary is in which you don't like..And if you call to inquire about the process of recert ; have the $150 ready to be processed at that moment or hear the belittling commentary from his mouth in regards to being cash poor at the moment. The doctor calls a few minutes after. Certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. You've been warned.
