I have suffered from migraines for over a decade. Getting my medical card was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Dr. Nguyen was professional and prompt, even by telehealth. I had no issues getting an appointment or receiving my certification. I recommend anyone who's suffering and can't get relief with other prescription medications, to check them out. You won't be disappointed.

$250 for 15minute visit

Got a callback this morning (Corp office in LR) was told $250...wow. Asked about the "price matching deal"...was told I must email that info to be reviewed by the "board"...I told them about the $99 Doctor in LR (Baseline road) and was told "in the same area" In this scenario, the "area" is the entire state of AR. Receptionist said, "your the first person to ever complain" to which I asked, "how many people just thanked them & never scheduled an appointment?"....crickets... If you think this clinic is WAY overpriced CALL THEM and COMPLAIN If you pay that price you are the problem

What a rip off!

I chose this clinic after I saw one of their clinics close to my home. Only after I jumped through multiple hoops...they call them "steps"...and paid my $250 (for a renewal!) was I informed that they don't actually see patients at the clinic near me, nor did they have ANY appointments available for months at any of their clinics within a 200 mile distance of my home. Umm, hello! I'm considered disabled for a reason and long car rides are not an option for someone with a body as crippled as mine. At this point I tried to get a refund and was notified that attempting to get a refund meant they had the right to inform the state I did not qualify for a card! At this point I gave up and found a local doctor that was able to see me in a timely manner at half the price. Please save yourself the misery and $250 and use someone else.

i was one of the first to get my arkansas card....seems after one yr they automatically lose all your personal information make you resign up giving up all the same information you gave them last year and they lost...then they have to balls to ask for the $250 again....so they can lose it to whoever again.....i think they are literally stealing fromyou to not let you renew ...its a scam...and a dam good SCAM....I REFUSE TO PLAY THIER GAME

Gave a false diagnosis when I told them I refused service and wanted my money back before the consultation. read the BBB and AG report it's all true. I got my card cheaper elsewhere without a scam.

I had a similar experience to the other person they closed the clinic in my town yet it's still on their website and threatened to notify the Arkansas board I no longer need medicine that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and possibly violates HIPPA. these people will be shut down if they continue these practices.

Total fraud & tricksters

Made appointment for Julyxxth on July xth for 1st telephone call. They never called. Never. I waited until they closed and sent email asking why they didn’t call & received a return email a week later saying they had just gotten my records. I’m just renewing a card. The woman who called initially said not to worry as soon as my 99$ was paid she would take care of everything and she would be watching to see if my payment went through and get me in the closet app. Well after my card ran out August 10th I’d still it heard ANYTHING from this company. I want a full return but they threaten you by saying they will send a letter to the ark canna commission stating that I don’t need my meds (I’m severely epileptic) if I choose not to use the company. I’ve spent $700+ time for my mothers card and mine. We both had to go to a different town & company in order to get our cards back after Ark Cannabis Clinic let my card expire. This place is TOTALLY fraudulent

If you don’t like your money i strongly suggest this place. They’ll charge for everything they can and if you pick up the phone to tell the Dr to cancel nothing is wrong with you they will go ahead anyways. Check out BBB and AG if you don’t believe me.
