this was my first time getting my card and I wasn't sure of the process and I'm not sure the name of lady but she was amazing and so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place to anyone getting or renewing their card !!

Went in expecting this ad to be bogus 30$ renewals for a yr , I get there get evaluated by the hot medical assistant with long blond hair. The was real and this place is official, thanx 619 eval fam

I definitely recommend this place. First time PT. I was in and out in 20 minutes at the IB location (note: it's on the second floor). Able to start purchasing immediately. The woman that helped me was very nice and easy to talk to.

Place looks like it is from terminator judgement day and the service is horrible unless you are a friend of the receptionist.

On the flyer they don't have all correct locations so I drove to the first place, which was closed down and now is a running dispo. Went to the second one got there RIGHT before 6 considering I had to go to the first once since apparently they don't know how to update a business. A guy opened the door for me once I rang the bell to get evaluated a big guy comes out starts yelling at the person for letting me in and cussing and then raising his voice at me to get out. This is a business I don't need to go anywhere and feel uncomfortable or threaten by someone jut because they're unhappy they have to do they're job. I understand it was 4 minutes before closing but if it says 6 that means SIX and then you stop taking patients in otherwise you close at 5:50. Learn how to run a business. DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE AND DEAL WITH UN PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE

it says it opens at 11 so i read review and they say doesnt open till 11:30 so i wait no biggie but then i wait till 11:45 almost another whole hr there and no one still didnt show up so one hr past there time to "open" this place sucks so much dont bother coming here
