Would not recommend !

My boyfriend got his rec well was supposed to get his rec through this company. It was easy to call and speak to someone and get the approval for the rec. The "stamped copy" of the rec the one you need to walk in any legit dispensary was supposed to be received 5-7 business days or so. We waited 2 weeks and no rec. We called and spoke to someone realizing they had the wrong apartment number. Great the rec was sent to some random person. They apologized and corrected it and would get it out right away. Another 2 weeks pass no rec call again. This time they had NO apt number on the address after the previous time it was reiterated over and over again. The correct address mind you is on his ID which they also have on file. They again apologize and this time say they will do a 1 day delivery on it. To make sure it was received. It has now been a week still no stamped rec. I'm glad I never went this route and actually went directly into a dr and got it directly. I would not recommend

The patient types his or her address into the patient intake form. So if your form was mailed to the wrong address...
