Fast and informative
I applied and had my number. Called up and talked to the new guy and went online. Booked the appointment, got my paperwork ready from the website, paid. I showed up and they had on and out quickly. Very informed. Instant activation was nice.
Brandon is great :)
My experience with Brandon as a whole was 5 stars. Great person. He actually cares. The appointment went quick and phone correspondence was a definite plus. My MMCC certification went so smoothly. Definitely someone I would recommend to friends and family
Smart and straightforward
Brandon was so knowledgeable and non-judgemental. He made us feel comfortable and welcome which is a huge plus for someone with mental health issues. Addressed all of our concerns and I will be recommending him.
410 Medicine is the best.
I am so grateful that 410 medicine has a location in Ocean Pines. I received my recommendation from them. It was so nice to finally have a doctor understand what I've been going through and be willing to help me with my pain. The staff was amazing while they walked me through the whole procedure of applying to the state, and explained everything to me. I was also provided with a lot of information about cannabis. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable and was surprised that I learned a few new things. It was nice to feel so comfortable and welcomed at this office. I will definitely be scheduling my renewal appointment with them soon so my medical card doesn't expire because my pain levels are finally under control!
Fighting opioid addiction with cannabis
410 medicine is in the business center next to Tidewater physical therapy. They have a small intimate office for 1 on 1 care. I didn’t have to wait. Make sure you bring your medical record with you to show qualification. They have good tips for new patients. Thanks 410
Not sure what to think
Paid for the appt, got everything ready, hours say they're open but no one there, called, voicemail full, emailed, no answer, what gives?? I'll try some more and may change this review, but for now, things ain't looking so good.

Brandon A. Burr, FNP-C, is 410 Medicine’s lead clinician. He’s a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and he firmly believes in doing right by his patients. He provides them with the opportunity to sit down and discuss medical marijuana with him during their consultations. He also encourages each of his patients to ask questions or air their concerns freely — as a burgeoning form of treatment, most patients are unaware of medical marijuana’s properties and effects. Most are informed by stigma or myth; however, Burr and his steadfast team endeavor every day to shine as much light upon medical cannabis as they can.

Burr graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and proudly served as a U.S. Army Combat Medic after the events of 9/11, providing critical medical support in combat zones. His extensive trauma and emergency department experience make him and 410 Medicine Ocean Pines' must-visit medical marijuana resource. As a military veteran and cancer survivor himself, Burr’s empathy knows no bounds.

Burr and his team also provide patients with an informative and helpful cannabis education that includes information that covers the differences between cannabis cultivars, the need-to-know facts of cannabis legislation, and the most useful methods for administering cannabis as a treatment. Burr and his medical team at 410 Medicine approach patients with the compassion, heart, and care they deserve. For some of Maryland’s best care, choose 410 Medicine in Ocean Pines.
