Hello it was my First time at this dispensary ! Good prices , excellent weed ! Bomb bomb shatter !! Can’t complain the customer service was on point . Very fast I was there for 10 mins or less .

I placed an order for pick up in the morning. I was never informed that my order was ready. At 10 pm the dispensary labeled my order as picked up however I never got it. I am a medical patient and it is abhorrent how dispenseries treat med patients since rec was legalized. I have been a patient for years and since this state has gone rec I have been continuously jerked around by numerous dispensaries with the excuse always being "we're just so overwhelmed with rec" disgusting.

It's an efficient store whether it's busy or slow, which I appreciate. Every worker that's helped me there has been friendly and knowledgeable, and any time there was a mistake it was cleared up immediately. One of the better weed stores I've been to in this area, Anthony has great recommendations.

One of the best dispensaries in Phoenix. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keith at the front desk told me my allotment when he gave me my card. Mac, the FOH manager, was amazing and helped make my second visit awesome! Great product and specials as well! HIGHly recommend!😊

Infusion edibles - 200 mg orange cranberry cookie

Anyone can simply stick extracts/concentrates into food, call it an edible and everyone eating these “medibles” feel the effects. These cookies were 50mg each, had a nice cookie taste, soft, and POTENT! I also got the chocolate peanut butter brownies. I’m already baked or I’d eat one! Shout out to my budtender Gabe and the entire staff at Emerald, they all were friendly, dancing, and happy to be serving up herbs to all of us!

The exception

Emerald dispensary has in a short period of time, became the only exception to my rule of only going to a dispensary once. The first time I went in I instantly felt a much more relaxed environment than more of the other places I had visited. They aren’t just there to sell marijuana, they also have a wealth of knowledge they are more than happy to share with you. With Emerald being such a down to earth place with a great bunch of people working there, it’s really no wonder why I have chosen Emerald as my GO TO dispensary.
