My visit on 01/31 was my first time at a dispensary. The atmosphere at verilife Schaumburg was extremely comfortable. I had outstanding customer service from Maddie. She went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with everything that was right for me. I appreciate that I was able to have such exemplary service and at the same time not feeling pressured into any purchase. I will definitely be back to this location, because customer service is everything and they really stepped up in that area.

Stopped in out of curiosity. Haven’t partaken for 40+ years. Can’t smoke due to asthma. Had a lot of knowledgeable assistance from Kristin. Decided on gummies with a low thc level to start out. Very nice place. Will definitely be back.

Emily H. was very helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all of my questions, and gave some very good thoughts on how things work. She was easy to talk with and made my experience very nice. Would completely recommend this location.

Nice people, good selection and specials, only… they seem to collect long lines every time I go. Not sure if that’s good or bad!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Verilife is shockingly unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. I’d read about criminal complaints and staff theft, but gave it a shot—huge mistake. One stoned cashier spent over 20 minutes joking with a customer while others waited with no help in sight. Eventually, a tall guy in ripped pajamas shuffled up, yawned in my face, dropped my change, and stared at me like he wanted to fight. No greeting, no thank you—just pure hostility. It was surreal. The staff either don’t care or are high on the job, and the manager (Andrew) seems fine with hiring aggressive, unprofessional people. This place operates like the Wild West with zero accountability. There are at least three better dispensaries within a block that treat customers with basic respect. Go anywhere else. Verilife is a joke—and not the funny kind.

The selection is limited and they're always trying to push their own product, which is sub. Par and extremely expensive.

The only store open at 8:55 and they close at 9:00 and they turn me away. I explain I know what I want and I just need to purchase. Turning away business during business hours. Smh
