Been here many times in person for pick up orders and have had decent experiences, until the most recent. I placed an online order for delivery at about 9:15pm. They close at 11 and I know some places will cut off delivery, but there is NO mention of it anywhere on their website. I was able to place an order for delivery ASAP, they charged my card, and it said my order would be on the way soon. I missed a call from an unknown number (and of course they didn’t leave a voicemail) and when I was able to call back, it was the dispensary telling me they were done delivering so my order wasn’t coming. And this was like an hour after I placed my order, so not only did I not receive the order but I was completely SOL because every other place was closed. The guy who called could’ve cared less too, which pissed me off. I get that stuff happens, but my order was $160 and not only did they lose that but it will be a while til I go back

Just got done with my weekly shopping over at upstate, this week I was helped out by Rok, in my months of visiting this place I hadn't been helped by him before, he was friendly and efficient. Getting me through the process quickly but without rushing, this place is great. The music is always on point and every single staff member is an absolute gem.

Not sure what the other reviews that have anything negative to say are talking about. A shame they had that experience. This is my favorite place to buy my bud and the staff are so kind and warm always. Wait is never too long and the line flows pretty quick. I’ve even seen the owner himself walking pre orders out to costumers. Waiting room is always a fun time hanging with fellow stoners of all ages. Budtenders are the best too. Love this spot!

Even though you might wait in line for a few minutes, the staff keep things moving quickly, so don’t let it discourage you. Order pickup is my preference because orders are fulfilled in about 5 minutes. If you do stop in for recommendations, the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable and you will definitely leave there with top quality product! If you want VIP treatment, ask for Joe :-D

I came into the dispensary today looking for something to help me go to sleep at night. A very nice young lady named Kerry took the time to walk me through different options and found what would be the best for me. I picked up some wedding cake from kickflys and I love it!! Would definitely recommend to other people like me that need something for nighttime. 100% will be returning to upstate canna, Way more convenient than driving all the way to mass!

My first experience buying from a dispensary! A little different than I expected but overall a great experience shopping here. I Didn’t buy flower this time around only a few ayrloom vapes. I love the grapefruit one, my favorite out of the 3 purchased and I will definitely be back soon to try out some flower.

As someone who has grown up in Schenectady it is amazing to have a dispensary that carries a large menu of various products with new things in stock every week. With amazing low prices for high end product, it doesn’t break the bank to leave the hard week behind you and relax. Customer service 10/10. The wait isn’t long the line just is.
