This place is well laid out, it’s hard to control distancing , but they do their best. Weed is above average, but know what you like before you go!

If you like shake, chemical tastes & outdoor disguised as indoor, then you’ll LOVE Tokyo Smoke! I placed my order & was told it would be 5 mins, I waited at the front door for 20. Once I opened my jar I realized they gave me 80% shake & 20% bud the side of my pink nail. Sick quarter guys. The bud tastes like they sprayed it with febreeze & it looked like a novice grew it. Seriously - save your time and money and buy somewhere else.

Terrible lay out. Same door entrance and exit hard to social distance. Weed was terrible quality barley got a buzz. Was also not as much as it was supposed to be got pre rolls and they only had .3 in each :( if you want good deals don’t wast ur time with this place just go online threw Georgian peach

I went this morning to get a half oz & the buds were terrible, smelt terrible & barely gave me a buzz. As another user said - try Georgian peach. You will be MUCH HAPPIER.

As [one of the] first retailers in the London area, this place could have really built a loyal clientele. Instead, after 18 months, I've moved to a new retailer. Multiple purchases of 7 grams of B.C. Pink Kush over the last 18 months, and I consistently paid around $200, sometimes slightly less, occasionally slightly more. This morning, I bought 28 grams of Pure Sunfarms Pink Kush with a 23.1% THC level for $138, including taxes, from my new retailer. This is enough to keep me in edibles (which I use as a sleep aid) for a full year. Assuming I continue to use 28 grams/year, that's a total outlay of $2,760 (assuming no price increases) over the next 20 years. At Tokyo Smoke, the same 28 grams/year would be projected to cost $16,000. Polite staff and nice leaseholds, but the pricing is just unbelievable. My bad for not doing my research earlier, but take my advice, folks, and shop around. There are far, far better places to source your supply than this one.

I gave up on these guys. My order was wrong 3 times and the weed is awful. The guy working even checked my id and supposedly checked the contents and not only were the contents not what I ordered, the name wasn’t even close, so what were you checking?

The quality is atrocious & the customer service is about the same.

Do not spend your money at this store. I bought a cartridge that didn't work. It did not work and I returned it to the store. Everton had me take it outside to try and it didn't work. He said he could smell it which was bs as it did NOT work. They would not give me a refund and it's no good to me if it doesn't work so it was left there. I went to Cannabis Link and they were great and friendly and gave me a ten percent discount for having a bad day. Also, their prices are way better!
