It’s a new store which was perfect because I’m new to the products they sell. Sheena helped me and I was impressed with her knowledge of the products. She explained each item and their benefits. I was calling her “Dr. Sheena” by the end of my visit. The store is clean, open, and well laid out. I had a great first experience and I’ll be back. 🥦

Customer service is good. Selection was kind of small but they got some hitters in there. My biggest gripe is they charge WAAAAAAAY MORE than normal prices for dispos. Green dragons Toad venom they hit you for $80 out the door when top price in LA is $50, $45 at greendragons own dispo. If they get those prices down to regular prices and stop trying to overcharge they will easily be the best dispo in AV. What's better to charge an arm and a leg and make more money but have less customers? Or have proper pricing that is hard to beat and become the must stop shop of the AV? There's about 10 people between my friends and family that frequent catalyst because of prices but they dont got the selection highway has. Highway is in a real position to take over, just wont happen with those prices. While pricing and small menu are the only things that are negative about this place, those are two very important things therefore I give them 2.5-3/5.
