Staff is always helpful

After I ordered online, they didn't have what I ordered when I got there to pick up. The staff member who helped me basically upgraded the hell out of my order and gave me a better product because of the mistake. Sometimes when you order off weed maps the product might not actually be on the shelf, shtt happens, I'm not even mad, they hooked me up with something better so Kudos THC! I drive from Laughlin to get my buds and will continue shopping at The Healing Center.

We spent 2 hours on the weedmaps app deciding what we wanted then drove from the casinos (30 miles) to go pick up the order for them to not only not have started pulling the order but then to tell us only 1 out of the 5 items we ordered was in stock. Then proceeded to try to upsell us more expensive crap with lower percentages than the ones we originally ordered…. Never again. Nowhere what it used to be.

I've got to say I've been to all the dispensaries around town had some pretty bad service at most of them but the bottom line is Cheryl at THC her mom her husband all of her family and her employees are probably some of the best people I've ever met I've lived in the valley here for 31 years and I've never felt more welcoming when I walk into that place of business everytime I need anyting they're always there even if it's just to talk every one of those people at the are real and even through these Hard Times they're still all the same none of them have changed and I want to thank Cheryl for each and every one of her employees herself and her family for being my friend and I have never felt that at any other dispensary in Needles thanks Cheryl for all you do for the community and your customers and Friends

a quick stop at our favorite place in needles, my lovely girlfriend & myself picked up a 1/4 ounce of THC’s finest GMO Cookies. the percentages on this weed is crazy. i was almost convinced i was taking a DAB my first hit, that’s how hard this potent bud hits you in the face haha. the high settles nicely into the body as well, i’m a big fan. a major thank you to the THC boss lady (who’s name i’ll have to catch next time😅) for hooking us up! we both love becoming more & more familiar with the staff. smoking this bud easy, but will have to return soon! don’t want to miss out on Cookies before it’s all gone.
