I love Sunnyside South Beloit! I've been a customer for about a year and its been great to see the company evolve. I've never had a negative interaction with security, an employee, or other customers. Kristy helped me with my order today and she was awesome! Super chill and relatable. Honestly, the bud is top notch, but it's everyone who works there that keeps me coming back. If you haven't been, you need to go asap! Side note - Their covid protocols are top notch! Everyone works together to stay safe while keeping things moving smoothly. Also, don't freak of you see a full lot or long line! On average I spend 10-15 minutes in line before reaching the counter, which I think is outstanding!

Shopping around a holiday is a bit more busy. The staff, and security did a great job getting us stoners in the building and out of the rain. They did a great job keeping the line moving. The selection has been outstanding lately at the South Beloit location. I really liked the 2 eights for $99. Deal are good. A little for eating, a little for smoking, a little for infusioning, and a little for the future, stash. I grabbed some popcorn for baking and the two eights special. My BudTender was James. James was decorated to the hilt. Pins, stickers and a name tag. He is very knowledgeable and personable. A friendly person with the ability to assist on his own. In my opinion the Budtenders should be allowed to accept tip. I really don't understand why they are not getting what they deserve. Every other state that I've purchased from allows tipping. Whether they split or put it towards a company party/picnic that would be management's decision. TIPS FOR BUDTENDERS! ty James

From the Security staff (greeted customers and held doors for the elderly)to the front desk staff (efficient and friendly) to the weedologist (Chelsie) customer service was at the forefront. I have been to many dispensaries in many states. This one by far was the best. In and out in 5 minutes.

Never had a bad experience, staff is always friendly and helpful. Products are worth whatever the wait time is. Doesn't matter if I'm in and out in 10 minutes or an hour, it's worth getting exactly what you want.

Everyone I've come across at Sunnyside has been so kind. My sister and I were helped by Nicholas and he was so thoughtful, compassionate, and helpful. His knowledge and customer service was nothing short of excellent. We could tell he loved his job and assisting us which is rare to find in this current time. We'll certainly be back!

Been coming to Beloit since it opened, never got the consistent great service as I get from Edie. She always sets the positive tone when I check in!. She is a keeper

Everyone was very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. From the front desk to the employee who helped me order to vickie at the checkout counter were all patient and made my visit great. The prices are a little high but most of that is because of all the taxes. I tried to tip vickie but she declined. I like to tip for good service. Unfortunately that is harder to find now. I’m from Minnesota but I’ll stop back next time I’m in the area. Thanks

First timer here. Well organized. Patrick, my budologist, was just what I needed. Asked me questions. Gave me a few ideas. Gotta say…easy peasy af. I read some negative reviews, I’m like, “dude, look in the mirror”. Seamless experience. Walking out saw a line going down the building. Someone is doing something right. 👍👍👍
