We've always had a very positive experience at PDI. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. The dispensary is clean and well stocked. Very professional. Complete opposite of The Clinic in Mundelein.

All the staff are awesome here. It is absolutely amazing to have a completely medical location as well. Alex and Brandon always talk to me and remember my tastes and what exactly I'm usually looking for to help treat my disease. Sometimes it's hard to even talk some days and they are so understanding. Like I say, I know most the staff well by now and they are all good people and I'm grateful for them.

I am gonna go in today and give up Subutex for marijuana. I will have to taper off Subutex but it'll be worth it. I got my finger prints and paid last time I went but I didn't bring my PTSD note. Very nice people! Informative!
