I placed order online. Very disorganized, was made to stand (I have MS) The person in the front seemed clueless that actual medical patients might not be able to stand until "they are ready for you" (they were not busy) As a result, I almost fell in the parking lot and had to rely on a nice customer of yours to get back to my car (your staff ignored me) Adding insult to injury, one of my items, a select vape, appeared to have been opened (caps were missing as well as the charger.) I have found other dispensaries to be a lot more handicap friendly and will not be visiting again.
