I placed an order but standing in line I seen some prerolls I asked the guy if I could also purchase, he got upset that I wanted to add something to my order told my I need to hurry up, but it wasn’t as if my order was ready though I had placed it an hour before. I placed my order for a 7g smalls black bag of the stiizy top shelf indoor exotic flower but when I arrived they tried to give me the white outdoor bag which I was not too thrilled about because I really don’t even smoke outdoor , I showed them my order on the phone which showed it was the black bag and they said I can spend 8$ more to get it . Won’t be shopping online anymore better off going off what’s in stores because online menu is false and misleading

Lack of urgency

The past 3 weed map orders I’ve made I’ve had to wait as if I was standing in line as a walk in. Literally thinking to myself “what’s the point of making the weed maps order?” That’s so frustrating to see the person who walked in behind me make it to the front of the line before I get served. Do better. I was expecting quick speedy service but was delayed which is fine. But If I make a weed maps order and I get a notification it’s ready over a hour and a half later. I should walk in and the next available bud tender serve me and get me out the building. Idk if this is how everyone else is experience has been but mine has been very useless preordering.
