I went to Skymint to get cartridges. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He informed me about a deal on cartridges AND everything was 30% off that day. I tried to tip him. But, he refused to accept it stating company policy forbidding tips. (which is stupid) I left pleasantly surprised that I saved enough money to almost buy another cartridge.

Skymint is my go to!!! From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you feel so welcomed. The staff is always smiling and they are genuinely nice. I love when they have specials and sales, even on a regular basis their prices are affordable.

As someone with not much experience buying at dispensaries, I found the staff at Skymint incredibly welcoming and helpful. Tyshaun in particular was very helpful and mindful of the details of my order, which was very nice. He also explained some of the intricacies and etiquette of buying at dispensaries. So if you are someone like me who is a little anxious about the buying experience, this is a great place to go. And their product is quality. Will be back.

Sky mint East Lansing is amazing! Professional, clean, inviting, great inventory and great staff! The location is great as well with it being just off the highway but not in the congested High traffic area. Always have a great experience with the staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. The most recent visit (2 minutes ago) I was assisted by Evan and 2 other very pleasant young women who appeared to be concerned with what I was looking for and needed. A great customer service experience that is hard to find nowadays! FYI, the entire staff is outstanding. From entrance to exit and everything in between, great place great service!
