This place SLAPS! I traveled across states to try out the dispensaries in New Buffalo & had a great first time! A kind gentleman working the station outdoors offered me a chance to use a "Gravity Bong" & IT. WAS. AN. AMAZING. EXPERIENCE! As a cancer survivour I hold a high tolerance, However, THAT device will definitely be added to my "To buy later list". The cannabis options were decent, good recommendations from the crew, a little pricey, definitely quality products. The cute Budtenders Tricia & Ashley were also very kind & accommodating vendors; they absolutely made the trip worth the ride! Will certainly make another stop at Rolling Embers when I take the trip upstate(s) again! Thanks again!

Storefront/Interior :The property well kept landscaping & building has a cool look/Good size & setup top notch displays & paraphernalia .. Staff/Lounge :Polite & courteous well-versed in all products/Good size with music many seating options & a Firepit with extra heaters if need also you can bring food & drinks (No alcohol).. Products/Pricing :High Quality Unique Brands & Growers/Leans more towards Illinois prices then Michigan prices

Honestly was cool to check it out seeing as it's the first in New buffalo but it's overpriced. With how many other dispos there are within a short drive it's just not worth more than one visit. And it seems like they know that, hence the firepits and food trucks and everything extra they have going on constantly. I generally avoid dispos like this one. Being on a state line is sketchy as well, pretty much setting people up ( we all know a good portion of customers are from indiana let's not lie to ourselves).

The presentation was beautiful, great looking place! And I'd love to come by for the live band they told me about. Sounds fun! The selection was kinda lacking, especially compared to other dispos in the area. Despite how few people were there, it really felt like I was being rushed out, and the person who helped me didn't seem thrilled to be doing so. I'm not a fan of over the top service, but I didn't feel very welcome here.

I have been going here since they opened. Because the prices are higher and the weed isn’t any better. I have been trying out the other dispensary’s in the area. Today I’m I went to rolling embers because the other stores were busy. There was one other customer getting severed and one behind us. 2 workers in the store. I waited 15 minutes and when it was my turn the bud tender was the rudest POS I ever met. I refused to help recommend a bud for me. It was so strange, So “F” your high prices and crappy service. The weed isn’t any better than what you can get at other places we left and went to bloomery s across the street.

I hand the lady with glasses my ID and she still rings me up as the wrong person. The disposable vape I purchased was faulty didn’t not work. But since they made the mistake of ringing the purchase up to the wrong customer they want me to ask my cousin to return with and get an exchange. We live 2hrs away. Just bad customer service. This is why you double check and recheck that you’re selling to the correct customer and pay attention. 0-STARS
