I was in Rochester to be with my grandfather who passed at Memorial H. I went to the ONLY OTHER dispensary & I'm a person who has "issues" and need to be walked through things. I was locked at the door & told to order online @ Columbia. Where I live, we walk in, show ID & order. FP WELLNESS was absolutely amazing. They could tell I was in distress. They made paperwork easy. I got exactly what I asked for. They repeated things so I'd remember. FP didn't get frustrated with me. This is the best place in Rochester. Sign in & order 1st! Then it's EASY from there. I am very satisfied with FP Wellness for many reasons. The staff is experienced, professional, informative, and they give FP Wellness, Rochester, NY a quality that many businesses never achieve. The products that I use are the High THC vapes, mostly indicas and hybrids. I am impressed at how well they work and I can always count on the quality. My pain, stress, insomnia, and nausea are alleviated thanks to these products. If it matters, I hope Governor Coumo will do something about the high prices that are ubiquitous throughout New York State Dispensaries.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They will cater to your wants and needs. Was treated very friendly. For what NYS has to offer for medical marijuana, this is as good as you can get in the Rochester area. They do not have their own brand of mmj, but offer the Columbia care( from Rochester) and Etain products (they have stores state wide). I was told they will be getting their own products soon. People complain about pricing, but you have to understand this is the only LEGAL way to purchase mmj in NYS, so you really can’t complain. I bought a 20:1 vape cartridge large for $165 from ETAIN, package says it contains 500mg of thc about a half gram of liquid. Very good quality, but not as strong as the ones from med men in buffalo, but you only get a quarter gram for 90$ from med men . All in all experience was really good no complaints.

If you are a new customer which I was it was when they first became recreational and it was rise and the very first dispensary I went to and it was the best experience ever every employee so nice kind helpful and so very informative and one person in particular was your employee Anthony M he was so amazing and so helpful and very knowledgeable and was very patient with us and was so friendly ! First, the staff is wonderful, and that can’t be overstated. As the title says, I have MS, and for years I have been on a handful of medications a day to control neuropathic pain, spasticity and fatigue. Since starting at Rise I have been able to decrease several medications, with plans to eliminate some all together.

Everyone is really nice and they have great discounts.

The staff all say hey to me as I walk in, and most everyone knows my name. It’s always a pleasant experience for me, and the wait times aren’t very long, unless they’re having a holiday sale or something. The product selection seems to change a bit, which makes me a little sad, because often, my most useful strains are not available. Hopefully, this will change now that they are part of RISE. The products are also pricey, but that isn’t their fault per se, it’s all of NY’s medical shops. They offer generous discounts or sales often, so you wind up getting some good deals if you stock up while it’s less expensive.

I am seriously Grateful that FP Wellness was recommended to me actually by a healthcare worker. They have such a wide variety of products that are much more fairly priced when compared to Monroe County's only other dispensary-Columbia Care (and by the way, all of Columbia Care's products are available there for the same prices as well). I dont think Ill be going back to Columbia Care now that I've been shown the light. Ever since I received my MMJ card I have been going to the Columbia Care Dispensary because I thought it was the only one that existed. Unfortunately, all they carry is their own ineffective line of products. They dont take into consideration whether the medicine comes from an Indica strain, Sativa or a Hybrid. Lastly, the people who work there are extremely pleasant and they gave me very helpful advice on what would help me. I've been to some of California's dispensaries and although in New York State due to legislation it is hard to compete with these early dispensaries position in the game right now, FP Wellness is the best dispensary Ive been to in New York. Check it out for yourself. The beautiful ladies will be glad to help you figure out what will work best for you individually without the rush I sometimes have felt at Columbia Care.

The dispensary is in a well traveled area and not hidden away. They have security and you have to have NYS Medical Marijuana license to purchase the products. They were very helpful In my choosing what would work best and for my situation and they are always the same, which is nice since a bad experience can be made worse by poor client services. These people know their business and they treat you like a human. Not a disease.

I have been a medical patient for 3 years now and everyone has made me feel so welcome. They take the time to answer my endless questions about new laws and Bud. The place is always spotless. I never have issues with parking. I would had given them 5 stars but they have problems with products in stock.

My first visit was a good experience. The gentleman at the front desk is really helpful and polite. The storefront is in the middle of a industrial type area. The store itself is very clean, modern and has a sitting/waiting area. I notice most of the products were edible in some way. The THC and CBD inhalants came in the form of distilates. Distilates are very clean and refined. The distilate I chose was a prefilled cartridge by Matter, this is a 20:1 THC/CBD blend in a half gram cartridge. The terpene mix in this cart is subtle and can be slightly tasted on the exhale of faint grape. This cart didn't have any information of the strain or mix of strains used for this product, I like to know strains and as much info about it as possible when selecting products. The price was on the high side for the amount, but the quality and potency of this distilate made it worth the price. I notice once products are sold out restocking them takes a long time, which is frustrating.

Vapes are excellent quality, but no volume. 250Mg compared to 1/2 gram at Verilife. They carry too much Columbia Care's overpriced product. Staff is very friendly, atmosphere is nice, affordable product is what I want though, and I can't find it here.

Not only are they the most expensive dispensary in NY carrying dangerous products that are cut with dangerous oils, but they also had my previous reviews removed. Wow FP Wellness. If you don’t like getting negative reviews and feedback maybe you should change how you do business.
