By far the best dispensary I’ve been to in IL! They have a massive selection and THEY HAVE FLOWER (pretty delicious, I might add😋). Staff is absolutely amazing, friendly and patient even if you don’t know what all you want right away. Definitely worth the drive! I was in and out in 10-15 minutes! They also add the tax already into the items so that way you know how much everything is. Thank you RISE for the great service and for having the most delicious buds, vapes and edibles! 🤘🏼I will definitely be back

You get the V.I.P treatment when you go in. Everyone is friendly and helpful. This tactic of not SELLING, but letting me BUY is something the fat man likes for visiting his Cherokee Indian family spirits. It makes the chief of this tribe very happy and stress free for the first time in months. Hell of an experience for the chief fat man's lady.

I went a week and a half ago for the first time and it was a pretty cool experience for me. My anxiety kicked up of course but got through the line and check out alive! 😂 Their products for flower and wax are pretty top shelf and was impressed with the hybrids I did purchase, I would like to see them bring in some Sativa strains though, that’s what seems to really suppress my neuropathy and the pain from that. I’m a sativa grower, so it was nice to try a fellow growers product.... but the product being a hybrid at this facility is way different of course in its effects but I’ll definitely be back since my grow isn’t finished. The prices were a bit steep, for me it seems like the industry out here now is really pushing it in terms of being “out for a profit” rather than being out here to “help people”. Kind of sad how things have turned out. Product they have is great, customer service was iffy with the guy I had (you can tell if a person is a connoisseur) or not.

the other place is usually always out of inventory with the exception of cartridges while rise continues to always have something of value in stock sometimes even half ounces their prices are lower their product is better and you do get a 15% discount for having an out of state medical card and when your order is three or four hundred dollars it's substantial thank you and they have gram cartridges more often than the other place to instead of just the half Gram

I feel like this location is my little secret and scared to give it away..There has been NO wait the past two times I’ve been there. If you live in St. Louis, it’s worth the drive. (Hwy 61 is a nice drive) Collinsville and Sauget you wait forever and who wants to go to the East Side..lol. RISE is the place to go. Think I might try the Effingham location soon. Similar ETA and same great menu..just not sure of wait time. And would assume they have great staff as Quincy!! There is no feeling of being rushed, they are able to answer any questions and tell you if something is tasty. At my last visit they provided great specials!! Definitely took advantage :) Strongly recommend

Visited from Missouri and was very satisfied with their products. Prices were a bit high but the customer service was solid. They also honored my medical card from Missouri with a %15 discount.

The employees @ Rise have always been excellent and friendly to take care of my needs and feel appreciated, especially from the manager. I’m a regular customer, even though there’s a few other dispensaries in area, but this place is closer to home and has a great variety of products. The one thing I do not like about this place are the prices for the flower and how they have cut the discounts in half for medical patients also the multiple taxes slapped onto the flower. To every consumer out there, indica-hybrid-sativa strains affect one another differently. Don’t just go by reviews, do your research for what will help your particular ailments.

They have it listed everywhere that they’re a medical facility, but that’s not the truth. They only give a SMALL discount for medical patients, it’s a recreational site only.

Went to both the dispensaries in Quincy. The first only offered one type of flower, an 18% hybrid so I came here. It's worse here with the only flower being 12%. If that's all you have to offer, why offer flower at all? Or at least if you're only providing one kind, how about at least making it potent & worth the trip? Incredibly disappointed & won't be coming back.

I have Schizo Affective Disorder, Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, I was pushed out the door by the security gaurd and was accused of being the one who became physical. I have training if I need to get physical it's not going to be a chest push and running my mouth in someone's face like this security gaurd did to me. He thought I had a knife because of my money clip attached to my pocket. He refused to have a conversation with me and said all I was doing was arguing with him. He refused to answer me, How do you know it's a knife? That's all I asked. He shoved me out the door screamed in my face and threatened me

This store is one of the reasons I quit. Last time I went in there were 3 registers open. One for online, one for in store, and one doing both. For no reason they shut down the extra line. It took me and 2 others 30 or so minutes of waiting while the butenders stood around and talked.
