I was so surprised how this went. From the secure entry, to meeting the pharmacist, to making selections. Had a slight hiccup with the state system recognizing my new ID card, quickly resolved. I’ve been a patient in another state and I totally understand the price difference, especially when you see the quality. When you leave you have a somewhat discreet carrying bag, that contains your selections. Each selection is in its own secure package or container, which I think is great to help with child proofing. They’ve worked hard to make this location as nice as it is. For those that have not understand the prices, think about the process. Look up what it takes/costs to be a licensed dispensary of Medical cannabis in PA. Fellow patients, please understand that for RISE to even be able to turn a profit, it will probably take over a year because of the great experience they provide. So keep supporting them! 5 Stars all the way! Great job Rise staff.

Erie Rise was very welcoming! From the lady at the desk, To the security, To the pharmacist, they had smiles on an provided good vibes and good service. Place was very clean with a relaxing energy and very discrete inside. Product was a little expensive but overall great experience!

I am highly satisfied with the dispensary overall. There is nothing that I would like them to improve upon and am looking forward to more of the same excellent customer service. Mario and George have gone far above and beyond the call of duty to help me. All of the other employees that have assisted me are top-notch as well. Unfortunately I do not remember their names.

I personally love this place. Its staff are so kind, and understanding of the patients needs. I have never had a bad experience here. So easy and quick. Even if there are a few people in the waiting room, they are seen in a swift fashion. I am never there for longer then 20 mins. The product is amazing. I have Gastroparesis. I have tried the disposable vapes, and the leaf. At $50 for a disposable vape pen, or $20 a gram/$50+ for 1/8. it is a very affordable option for me once or twice a week. Completely endorse this place, its staff, and its product. Keep up the great work!!

Service was great learned alot and was treated based on my experience level! Pricrs are steap but i totally understand why! Very excited for flower, inhad a great experience with rise and everyone treated me very nicely!

I am 52 and have been stricken with more illnesses than you would think by looking at me, however I always have had hope, perseverance and positivity. Wow, I must say am Super excited!!!!!, In just 7 to 10 days I am experiencing a true miracle. I feel like I may have an actual future. Thanks to all of the staff here that have helped me so much, it really is much appreciated. I am feeling blessed beyond words, if indica and cbd are working this well, who knows. I can touch, slap, squeeze my legs for first time in years due to severe neuropathy, gone.

I had a great experience at Rise Erie. I had to travel over an hour to get there and they couldn't have been nicer. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding what I needed. Their store is also really nice and i plan on returning as soon as possible. thank you guys!!!

Excellent selection! Fantastic, professional, knowledgeable staff. Clean, welcoming environment. The parking leaves a little to be desired, but they have been working on it and it keeps getting better! Curbside pickup and ATM on site with the ability to use your card at the kiosks. Great Discounts although the points aren't as good as they used to be, but between the Almost Ganja discounted selection, the Clear the Vault sales and their other various discounts, deals, bundles and programs I am willing to forgive this. They even offer a birthday reward! HIGHly recommended!

They were great help. They make you feel very comfortable, and seem like they really enjoy there jobs! I can only imagine the kind of people and issues they have to deal with on a daily basis. I am so happy that finally, after 21 years, I dont have to deal with anyone, or any BS to get my medicine. It is such a weight off my shoulders.

The place looks pretty damn good, chill environment and the staff are knowledgeable and actually care! They listen to my ramblings and I always leave feeling good about the kick-ass weed I got!

Prices are close to street . Which is good for the programs success. Wider array of types than Ive ever seen! Staff is friendly, curteous and and educated! No stems or seeds!!!! All useable product!!!

the staff has been incredibly helpful and very friendly. they take what could be a complicated process and they make it a fluid and easy process. everyone has seemed very knowledgeable and have been honest and kind when they can't answer a question. prices are well, prices. they are what they are, but as all the menus I've seen identical that is a grower issue and not our boys and girls. all in all they seem like a great group!
