I can't tell you what a pleasant experience I had shopping here. The staff was not only welcoming, but SO knowledgeable an willing to take the time to make sure I was getting the best products for me. I am so impressed by the selection and THE PRICES! I was not expecting such great quality for such a deal. Consider me a new regular!

This was my elderly mother's first experience with a dispensary. The entire staff is highly educated about their products, they helped my mom chose the best products for her disease. I feel confident that she is receiving a high quality product and will be completely taken care of by that staff! I look forward to improvements in her health and continued experience with RISE. We chose RISE in Carlisle because it was the closest for us....but we lucked out....I can't imagine a dispensary being any better.

Staff-- When I first went into Rise, I threw around a few suggestions to the staff. A week or so later, I came back and seen the manager which was unplanned, and made a few suggestions. A few weeks later I came back and my suggestions were in place. The fact that the manager took his time to listen to my suggestions and implement them, really means that the staff, from the bottom to the top is willing to listen to the patient/customer. WOW IMPRESSIVE! Appearance- The dispensary is located in a very nice setting. You are literally leaving/going towards the town of Carlisle on Rt. 11 and heading towards/away from the business/trucking industry! The building is small, but quaint. However, it does have the updated essence of suitable progress to be called a PA 2018 Dispensary 100% Knowledge Service Suggestion

Visited Rise in Carlisle PA on May 27, 2018 for the first time when I arrived at rise my daughter and I walked into the building I was told that since my daughter was not a medical patient that they would need to find out if she was permitted inside since they have never had someone bring their child with them while the manager looked into the information. He spoke with me and answered any questions I had, after a brief discussion he informed me that my daughter would be allowed inside next time as long as I brought her passport or photo identification with us. In the meantime they provided my daughter with a bottle of water and had security keep a close eye on her while she waited outside I can't thank them enough for that. Inside was clean and organized. My only disappointment and recommendation to them in put the meeting with the pharmacist in a private room. I kept it short and sweet with the pharmacist since I didn't want everyone in the room knowing my health issues

i visited here today and had a great experience. All the staff that work here were veey nice. They all knew a lot of knowledge. Everybody was very friendly. It was a great first experience.

Great staff that was very helpful! The wonderful staff made me feel very comfortable and happy. There was also a large selection of medication. The employee that was working with me took the time to figure out what would help my PTSD the most. This Will be my dispensary of choice 110%! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!!

What a wonderful place to be so bright and Airy the people are so knowledgeable and sweet they escorted me took the time to sit me down and show me charts and explain to me how the Cannabis works and what would be the best for me and how I should start off they explain to me about the vape pens and the different ways of how to utilize the cannabis and even gave me a free t shirt. was it little the shirt was a little too small but they said next time they'll make sure they have my size shout out to Sarah love your place see you again soon

Truely blown away by the experience RISE Carlisle has to offer. The friendlist, most knowledgable staff i have encountered in the many shops around central PA that i have visited. Their selection is large and encompasses a plethora of options for my medical needs. I highly recommend the Rythm cartridges and pens, they have been my favorite so far. Excited to try the dry leaf and believe that this will be my go-to shop from now on! Thank you to the staff, and ill be seeing you soon!

First time going to a dispensary. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I had a great experience at Rise Carlisle. Susan the Pharmacist was very knowledgeable along with the rest of the staff. My visit was quick but not rushed, there was no wait unlike other local places. I really enjoyed the stores intimate setting too. The staff helped me pick out the products I needed and were very specific on instructions and how these products may react. Thank you guys you'll see me again soon!

It's well worth a little extra driving time. The RISE dispensaries are the best around and the shop in Carlisle is awesome.

I didn't know what to expect upon arriving here. But upon checking in and realizing how professional everyone was my worries were lessened. When I entered the bud room they were completely erased. The employees knew so much about the product, which was excellently priced. I'll be returning for sure.
