So Saturday morning I came to Queensborough Cannabis, I have been a new customer since mid January & happy with the products I bought before. Today I grabbed 28g of the Pure Sunfarms D.Bubba strain!! Budget ounce for the price is competitive and fresh. Burns a clean ash, 18% THC , light on the throat too! I’m a cannabis connoisseur & recommended this buy. Thanks guys :)

Don't listen to the bad reviews

I have no idea why people complain about the staff, they're the reason I love this place! So helpful and knowledgeable and super friendly. Also don't know why people complain about products..the store gets the products from elsewhere. If there's an issue it's the supplier not this store. The delivery service so handy and I love their store. Great products

Friendly staff

Walked in not having anything specific in mind but I told the staff what I was looking for and the staff knew what I might be looking for. I bought an eighth of sage n sour and I had a good time. It is pricey but 10:30 at night and most of the dispensaries are closed I’m coming here.

Pre rolled

The staff is great great display of products. Wait except one Pre rolled. Omg I have never these so called Joints are like I call them 2 hitters. 2 puffs their gone. Now if I had of seen them in the display or been told. By No means would I have bought these. I have bought pre rolled in the past but these are a joke. Like really.. A follow up I do not blame staff or store it's the producer....

This store runs on bad faith.

They sold me weed from September 2020 without telling me and made it seem like a really good deal. I got home and was immediately disappointed by the lack of smell, texture and taste. It was crispy when grinded and turned to dust. I could hardly roll it. The taste was awful the high wasn’t even there. When I called to tell them about this they said they can’t give me an exchange or refund as the product doesn’t have mold on it and next time I should ask for the dates. Well there won’t be a next time with the bad customer service I received. They shouldn’t be selling anything that low of quality at all. This is disgusting the way they run their business. I will be warning all my friends and family not to waste their time and money here.
