Marissa is the bestest!!!

Marissa is a rile model in customer service. From the initial welcome greeting and big smile to knowledge of product and plant types. What also makes her the best is that she ask me questions to understand what I was looking for even though I could articulate it. She provided me with several perfect options and didn't try to just push the most expensive item on me. Wow!!! She actually cares about her customers and not selfishly pushing items that may not be the best for that person. Thank you just doesn't seem big enough to express my gratitude.
