Pipe & Leaf has by far the best customer service as well as deals in Fairbanks. Their staff are helpful and fun. There is a good selection of products, awesome deals, and a great rewards program. I am in LOVE with it’s atmosphere. It is cozy, welcoming, and almost like your in an older apothecary. Every visit to Pipe & Leaf is a enjoyable one.

Pipe and Leaf has been my go-to since they opened. The space is beautiful and inviting, the employees are kind and helpful, and the selection is consistently excellent. You'd think that such an awesome shop would come with a slightly higher cost, but the prices are better than most in town, and Haley is a fantastic human who deserves all the support and success, so I don't shop anywhere else. 10/10 💖

Everyone provides good customer service

I’ve been in numerous times, and have interacted with half a dozen different employees. I’m not new to marijuana, neither am I knowledgeable of newer products. I find it easy to get what I need, and get information from employees about products I may be interested in. The layout of the shop is clever and intuitive, the displays are fun to browse, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

Fantastic Dispensary

This dispensary is our favorite in town, honestly. The customer service is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the product never disappoints. They also have some of the best edible selections in town! If you join the rewards program, you can earn points for prizes. It’s dope as hell here. 5/5 highly recommend.

Friendly and fun!

The shop itself was had a wonderful aesthetic and the staff there is just so friendly and outgoing. It was my first time and the budtender treated me like a regular, used my name as soon as she learned it, and got me signed up for the rewards program. Overall it was a great experience and might make me change what dispensary I go to regularly!

So we’ve been to a lot of shops in town, and when I say that, I mean most of them. Pipe and Leaf has so far had the best vibe of any dispensary in town with ambiance, as well as customer service. The bud tenders are always eager to help, and reviews of not receiving service upon entry, I would say, are probably misinterpretations of them giving you some space. I honestly prefer my tender wait for me to initiate conversation after checking my ID. The quality of product is also top notch. On Tuesdays they have “Doobie Tuesday” where pre-rolls are priced down (from an already reasonable $5-$7). This dispensary has already become my favorite in their short time open! :)

BEST Dispensary in Fairbanks!!

I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries around town and in Anchorage and this place is by far my favorite. Right when you walk through the doors you can tell that a lot of hard work and attention to detail went into making the interior comfortable, cool, and just hip af. But beyond all that, all the staff members I’ve met have been super chill and knowledgeable - always answering all of my questions and being super patient when I want to check out a bunch of different strains before deciding. The prices are comparable to the other places around town so taking the staff, environment, and product that pipe and leaf is offering into consideration it’s really a no brainer ... this is the SPOT!

This place is rad!

This shop is one of the nicest shops in town, hands down! The way they display their items, the shop decor, the friendly smiles, it’s amazing. They have pre-packaged, or deli style, so whatever your needs they can provide. They even have their cultivation which can push out some good nugs. Definitely one shop that will stand out among the others. The budtender was very knowledgeable and happy, you could tell she loves what she does and actually wants to be there. Will return, no question.

My Favorite Dispensary

This is the only dispensary i need to stop at when making the drive into town. The manager Christian one of the nicest guys and always able to help me find what i'm looking for. They recently started carrying dank star carts and i enjoy the taste but wasn't too happy with them leaking out the mouth piece. Hopefully it was just me and they've been good for everyone else. Was told to relay the feedback and they'd let dank star know so they hopefully will make improvements.

While there are many great dispensaries in Fairbanks, this one is at the top. Their customer service is unmatched and you can tell the place is well managed. They constantly have new strains to try and never try to rush you while making your selection. Staff recommendations are spot on if you have trouble deciding. i appreciate that i can buy carts for under $80 a gram. the only complaint i have is i wish you'd update your weedmaps menu or have a live menu. i have to drive 100 miles one way to come shop and i like to have the option to look online at what there is and usually deciding from there what dispensaries i'll go to.
