A customer here for several years. Today I logged into NHC Pismo Beach and ordered product to pick up. When I got there I could not find my Drivers License. I had four forms of ID, two had my picture and one was my card. used to PRE-PAY. I am 72 years old and don't look a day over 71! Polite security guard told me I needed a D/L to enter, I explained that I did not need to enter, please ask if they will bring my product to drive-up spot OUTSIDE, everything already paid for through NHC system. Guard brings person of authority who says, "No we will not let you in and will not bring anything outside to you either...Have a nice day! So I would say don't bother with NHC, reviews here suggest they are overpriced and now you know they are asshats as well!

Ripped off.

I asked the bud tender for a cheap gram of wax. I bought the gram he recommended and split it up w a few friends. None of us felt anything. Turns out it was a CBD dominant strain with only 8% THC. It was obvious looking for a regular thc strain by the conversation we were having. I never once mentioned CBD. They said I couldn’t get a refund or anything. The gram cost 40$ and didn’t do anything for me. Waste of time and money. Use a delivery for much better prices anyway.

BEST SHOP IN CALIFORNIA

This is the 5th time I have been to NHC and everytime I leave more and more impressed. Gave the other shop (805) a try before NHC opened and never went back. NHC is by far the best shop in California. Super professional, better quality, you can actually see and smell before you buy unlike 805, and the selection blows 10 shops combined out the water. Life time customer!!!

BEST DISPENSARY EVER & INCREDIBLE STAFF

I frequent the Natural Healing Center and have been since they opened. The ownership has done a spectacular job of building, setting up and stocking all the best products and a wide variety of each, accommodating the needs of everyone in need. The staff, especially my main man NIGEL at the NHC are educated, passionate, friendly, helpful and they truly make the entire experience, beginning to end, the best possible experience! The Natural Healing Center is also constantly adapting to the times and making sure to stock top quality and reputable brands and strains BUT also at a great price! First visit

I'd like to thank Nigel at Natural Healing Center in Grover Beach. I've never been to a dispensary before and so this was all new to me. I must say I was very impressed with the facility and with Nigel who waited on me. I told him exactly what I wanted and he took the time to show me at least 4 options and even took time to show me how to use what I purchased. I worked in marketing an public relations for 30 years and I must tell you Nigel was very knowledgeable, fun and helpful. A real asset to your company. Each time I visit I love it more than the time before. I have been coming to NHC since opening. They don’t disappoint, with an ever growing selection of products, like a kid in a candy store, but better!!! The staff is great, very informative always professional and friendly.
