So I been going to Lume for 4 years and specifically this location for months and I ordered something on line that had a sale yesterday spoke to someone the cause I was running late , they said it’s ok you can come tomorrow and grab it “I got you” I go today and this mean lady says no! Ok it’s only fair to give it especially since they said I could! She is always rude and has a whole attitude. Other then her everyone else is lovely so is the weed but customer service sucks!

The flower and prices along with all the staff are awesome. I love Lume Southfield.

I had a great budtender, he was nice and sweet and polite and super knowledgeable and totally let me take my time. I got some pre-rolls at great price and some gummies too as my free discount for being a first-time customer. I’ll definitely be back! 😊

The Budtender was great and very informed. it felt very personable while shopping and helped with all my questions. The only thing I could really ask is for a larger selection of products in store, but other than that, everyone was so friendly.

I didn't get a confirmation so I called. They didn't have exactly what I ordered but I ended up getting something better for the same price. Lume people worked it out perfectly. Very happy with quality and price. Also once again, great customer service. Thank you!

My first experience was not that great. Unable to smell and feel the product. No discount or freebie given during my first experience. And the prices are rather heavy, considering lack of inventory. Annie up on the Sativa.

I came in yesterday, the dispensary was gorgeous the staff was very friendly and helpful! I got a gooberry infused preroll and 2 carts (Dream & Master Kush) the gooberry was great I smoked it to the end. Both carts however are terrible. I took 1 rip on each of them and don't want them any longer!

This spot is like if Sephora partnered with Walmart to sell weed, everything’s priced way too high for even the shitty stuff, can’t smell or look at hardly anything that isn’t dried to the bone or out of stock in the display cases🤢, budtenders are incompetent, took 5 minutes of asking around to figure out the flavor profile of what I was looking for and it was right on the side of the box😭 They even forgot my first time patient deal at the counter! I’ll definitely be back! once I’m looking to waste more of my money and time🫡🤧
