Ordered online, didn't have when I arrived...wtf
Ordered 10 grams of a particular strain of wax concentrate for pick up, on arrival a hour plus later, told they don't have that strain and haven't had it for a while. Of course someone got the order as soon as I sent it in and no one cared to check if it was in stock. The response from the staff was oh well. So oh well myself, I hope other shop elsewhere from reading this review.

Went to 8 mile Jars; Hanna helped me dig thru a TON of product... We didn't find what I wanted so she took the extra step to get me to Devon at the Centerline Jars. He was able to get me the right product and was very kind, he entertained all of my annoying questions and was extremely patient! These two are prime examples of ACTUAL Customer Service. Hanna could've left me hanging and Devon could've rushed me... Thankfully and gratefully they did not. They helped. The world needs a lot more people like Hanna and Devon. Whenever possible, I go to jars. The overall quality of everything, from product to price to staff to inventory...i never thought I'd say that I trust a dispensary more than I trust a pharmacy or grocery store...but it's the truth and credit is due. Keep doing what you're doing because it's working and be sure to take care of our budtender Marcus. He was beyond helpful, never pushy and simply answered our questions politely and made great recommendations...hich resulted in me spending way more than I intended, however I got great deals and product, so a win for me and a win for the business. Will be back 1000%.

This goes out to drew, I’m telling you, next time i come up I’m coming just to see you, the products aren’t just it! If you are thinking about going here, don’t think just go. There are several dispos in the area, but this one by far is the nicest. I never wanted to leave lol.
