Frequently purchased cartridges from this dispensary, always told “keep your receipt and packages in case of any defect, we’ll take it back within 24 hrs”. Took a disgustingly defective cartridge back, 3 hours after purchase and they said “nothing can be done….” Excuse me? So now not only have i abided by your store policy and took time out of my day to come back, you go against your own policy? You’ve now not only wasted my time but my money as well. Not to mention, the associate helping me purchase the item Initially was like “We’ve seen quite a few of these come back, if you have any issues just come back and we’ll help you out”. Then I am told upon refusal of the exchange that they have a better policy then most dispensaries around… however I quickly informed the associate Dutch Love up the street has taken faulty carts back in a heartbeat. Clearly a foot in mouth moment for him

I usually don't buy from legal shops, but the one time i do a defective vape burned my throat. when i called the store said multiple people have complained and thats why theyre on sale.... the manufacturer even changed the hardware to fix this issue but instead of recalling old stock they just put them on sale.
