This place really impressed me. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Ideal Craft Cannabis ended up being one of the best dispensary experiences I’ve had. The staff was super chill and actually helpful, not pushy or scripted. They took the time to explain things without making it feel like they were just trying to sell something. The flower quality great. Super fresh, smelled amazing, and smoked clean. The selection is solid with really good options. Prices were fair, and they had some good deals going. The vibe inside is relaxed and welcoming, not sterile or over-designed. Just a cool spot with good people and great product. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Uncomfortable
Unfortunately I found this dispensary to have a very uncomfortable atmosphere with staff who act very angry and rude… Their order system also sucks. I pre-ordered a half online and the bud tender couldn’t figure out how to check me out. I ended up leaving with an eighth of flower I didn’t really want to make it easier on him. Won’t be coming again.

Despite their claims of being "local," their origins in Brockton seem at odds with their portrayal of local engagement. Their leadership and speeches, heavy on promises and light on substance, left much to be desired. Their focus on how they would leverage women in the business felt insincere, especially in a company already dominated by women. Moreover, I was disheartened by their disregard for basic employment practices. After resigning on July 7th, I am still missing significant wages, and my attempts to resolve this - through calls and messages -have been met with silence or avoidance. The HR number goes to voicemail, and my calls have been blocked. Terps has always had its issues, but the new ownership has raised the bar for poor business practices. Proceed with caution if you're considering doing business with them.
