Nice experience

Just paid a visit for the third time today and I have to commend the service and atmosphere. Today I was tended to by a man named Robby C and he was so friendly and informative about the products I was interested in. He even noticed that I was missing some reward points and added them on which allowed me to get a freebie. In the short while I was there I felt as though I had made a friend. A+ service for sure. The atmosphere and decor are really nice as well. It looks very professional yet has an inviting tone I haven’t witnessed at other dispensaries. The whole process of going in and out took less than 10 minutes which I found impressive as well. Some people say the prices are inflated and although some items are a tiny bit pricier the reward point system makes up for it. Truly a great addition to Lebanon.

This is the MOST amazing staff I have ever encountered regarding the cannabis industry in PA. They are EXTREMELY smart, patient and respectful people!! It has been a year since I experienced medical issues and received my Medical Marijuana card. Curaleaf dispensary was close to me. I was nervous and overwhelmed about the process it was extremely hard however one day I met Dani whose pleasant demeanor and soft spoken voice eased my anxiety. She takes the time to ask me questions and suggests different selections that would fit my needs. It makes my day as well as my experience. I am always looking for her to be at Curaleaf when I visit because she makes my entire shopping experience relaxing and fun. I be needing it. Bobbie is also an amazing ingredient to my Curaleaf's experience enjoyable. She always greets me with a smile. Her energy gives that she enjoys serving the community she works in as well as she takes the time to ask you how you are doing, updating you on sales and discounts and any changes that was made to the websites. The combination of Dani and Bobbie makes my time at Curaleaf a free amazing therapeutic experience.

Love this place!

I love Curaleaf in Lebanon. Everyone is so friendly and very welcoming. They always answer my questions or find someone who can. Some of them know my name without looking at my card, which is nice. Plus their new points system is probably the best around. I’m at the VIP level and I’m pretty sure I get 8 points per $100. Which is nice because if you’re anything like me, I frequently the dispensary a lot.🙃

Beautiful building and facilities.

This dispensary is in an old bank in the center of town...and it is beautiful inside. The space is welcoming, the staff knowledgeable and friendly, and did I mention I’m legal!!!!!

I want to thank the staff at the Lebanon Herbology Center. I always have a good experience there, today was exceptional. There was a line outside and it was sunny. When the young staff woman was outside taking our orders was helping me, I told her I felt lightheaded. She went inside to get me a chair and I managed to faint before she had returned. She and other staff were lovely, helpful and considerate. She stayed with me, got me water, a cold towel and chocolate (for my blood sugar), and was with me until my husband came to pick me up. I am so very appreciative. THANK YOU.
